Biking class with high intensity, based on sprint. Goals :
- Quickly emprove endurance
- Muscular enhancement
- Short-timed classes to make intensity higher
Monday 6 pm, wednesday 12:30 am and sunday 10:15 am.
Required fitness level:
Bike course based on sprint effort.
It offers accès to every Aquabiking and X'trem bike class. It must be subscribed simultaneously with a 3 month or 1 year membership. Classes are submitted to prior booking.
