Aquapower is a form of aquagym that aims to develop the musculature and simultaneously work breathing and endurance. It comes from a fusion of aquagym and Body-Pump. What makes aquapower different is the equipment it uses: dumb-bells and ankle weights to intensify your movements and make your muscles work that bit harder. Aquapower optimises muscle and cardio-vascular work and slims the silhouette.

Aquapower lessons are group classes accessible to everyone apart from people who suffer from respiratory problems, tendonitis, swollen legs, or other pain relating to the locomotor system.
