Muscle strengthening

BodyPump

Weight classes for complete body strengthening. This class works all the principle muscle groups alternating between squats, jerk presses, lifts and curls. The very best exercises and stimulating music for rapid results!

BodyScuplt

This is the class for those wanting to sculpt a toned, muscular body. Classes with or without equipment, for general muscle strengthening. Strengthen your body to the beat and have fun !

CAF (Cuisse Abdos Fessiers)

Excellent class for strengthening, sculpting and toning the lower body: thighs, hips, buttocks and stomach. To get maximum results, this programme focuses on correct body positioning, localised muscle work, good concentration and the right intensity.

Stretching

In a calm atmosphere perfect for physical and mental relaxation, move through the sequences in complete harmony. Control your movements and your breathing. Naturally develop your muscle flexibility and articular strength.

BodyBalance

A class that brings together elements of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of exercises comprising stretching, movements and postures, all with musical backing, to create an holistic class which will envelop your body in peace and harmony.

Pilates

This method of physical training takes its inspiration from yoga, dance and gymnastics, in order to improve strength, flexibility, coordination and good posture. The gentle exercises use all of the muscle groups. A lot of attention is paid to breathing to evacuate stress.

Cardiovascular

BodyCombat

This exercise class combines athletic martial arts movements with strengthening and balancing exercises to develop stamina and strength.

Biking (RPM)

Studio cycling programme where you cycle along to a lively musical beat. Take to the road with your coach who’ll lead the pack through mountains and valleys, along flats, climbs, time trials and interval training. Discover the hidden athlete in you!
